Day 1 - Sienna

After just a few days in Rome, we had yet another brilliant idea: instead of going on day trips to Sienna and Venice, we decided to go on another road trip! ROAD TRIP!!!!
I got online and planned out the route and the hotels. Paul took care of the car rental and packing/unpacking/repacking...x3

On the itinerary major attractions are: Sienna, Bologna, Lake Garda, Verona, Venice, San Marino, Orvieto, Lake Bolsena.

We picked up the funky looking Nissan Juke at Ciampino and were on our way north towards Sienna.
Sienna is a gorgeous historical town with a very unique cathedral and the main city square shaped as an arena.
